Haxchi v2.5u2 is a persistent Wii U hack that allows users to install custom firmware (CFW) by modifying a DS Virtual Console title on the NAND. It requires Wii U system versions 5.5.1 or 5.5.2 and works only with DS VC games installed on the system NAND, not USB. Users can customize the hack’s config, booting homebrew launcher or a firmware image from the SD card using button combinations. The hack is safe and will not brick the system if optional firmware files are missing, though some features may freeze without them.
After doing quite a lot of work I now think it is time to release this - Version 2.0 of Haxchi!
If you happen to have a DS VC title that is listed in this file then go ahead and grab the current Haxchi .zip file, make sure to NOT click on “source code” instead of the current .zip…
