I've been building a tool for migrating CocoaPods projects to SwiftPM

PkgLift is a tool designed to safely migrate native Xcode projects from CocoaPods to Swift Package Manager (SwiftPM) by analyzing dependencies, creating a migration plan, and applying reviewed changes without guessing or blind conversions. It classifies dependencies into categories like AUTO, REVIEW, BLOCKED, and UNKNOWN to ensure safe and evidence-backed migrations, preserving unsupported or uncertain dependencies for manual review. The tool addresses the upcoming CocoaPods limitation on new Podspec submissions by providing a controlled migration path rather than an automatic conversion for all project types. PkgLift supports macOS 14+ on Apple Silicon and is distributed as a notarized binary installable via Homebrew or direct download.
