I had an idea for an airgapped file transfer mechanism

Decimen Optical Transfer enables file sharing between two devices using only a screen and camera by displaying files as a stream of animated QR codes without requiring a network or app installation. It supports files up to 64 MB, preserves filename and media type, and verifies data integrity with SHA-256. The system streams data at speeds over 400 KB/s and works offline after the first use, supporting multiple languages. It uses fountain codes to ensure reliability despite frame drops, though transfers are unencrypted and visible to any camera pointed at the screen.
