The developer is satisfied with the stability of the Gtk+ port and aims to release version 1.54 soon, despite some missing features. They seek feedback on the Windows port's stability before proceeding. Due to complications with Linux binaries, only a source release will be provided, leaving binary builds to distributions. The Mac port will remain stagnant for now due to the main maintainer's absence.
