As soon as you sign up, 2u.fm asks you to select some genres that you enjoy, follow some artists who's music you love, and—if you choose—invite some friends. You can sign up with Facebook (or not, if you'd rather sign up via email) to find friends that way, or you can get right to listening. Your feed shows music the service thinks you'll love, the Trending section shows songs that other users have most liked today, and you can follow friends, stations created by others, or just browse genres for something to listen to.
