These complete soundtrack rips I have made come from my own mod board I designed in Eagle. This mod pulls the digital music content from the Super NES APU/DSP sound chip before it gets converted into analog output. As such, these recordings are crystal clear and fully digital-to-digital. Due to the arbitrary nature of SNES music clock timing, these files have been set to a speed of 32kHz flat. Below is a picture of the mod installed onto the SNES motherboard:
