Sprouted sunflower seeds, sprouted pepitas and smokehouse almonds by blue diamond. I keep a variety of nuts stocked at all times. They're an excellent topping for salads, keto porridge, part of a keto trail mix, or just on their own. I used to hate the idea of nuts because of how calorically dense they are, but I make sure to include at least a half oz serving per day which is anywhere from 80-110 calories and is quite satisfying. My favorite brands of nuts would be the Blue Diamond almonds (salt/vin, wasabai/tamari/habanero/bbq), and the Royal Hawaiian maui onion macadamia nuts. I go to discount stores to find nuts on sale since they are so pricey. Trader Joe's and Costco also have decent deals on nuts.

Of all the pork rinds I've tried this brand has got to be my favorite. They're fairly pricey but they don't taste like old fryer grease or stink like some those gross "bakenits" for $2.00. There's also an issue with the flavors of pork rinds not being very strong. This brand definitely takes the cake with seasonings, taste, smell, crunch factor, etc. They're $3.99 at my local Fred Meyer! Great with guacamole or just by themselves. 1/2 oz serving: 80 Cals/Fat - 5/ Protein - 8/ Carbs - 0
